Tech lead for Capital One's Sales & Growth team. Designed the architecture and built velocity.black from scratch — Next.js SSG, Contentful, GSAP parallax, and pixel-perfect components from Figma. Also shipped self-service tooling that cut sales team dependency on engineering.

Lead engineer on customer-facing features across React and React Native. Drove UI architecture, wrote technical design docs, and mentored junior engineers. Worked directly with design to close the gap between what's spec'd and what ships.
